Service Description

HuePick is a web application that helps users catalog HueForge 3D-printable models and match them with their filament inventories. The Service allows users to track filaments they own, browse models, and discover which models they can print based on their available filaments. HuePick does not host 3D model files directly; we link to external sources where models are published.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Intellectual Property

HuePick respects the intellectual property rights of model creators. All 3D models displayed on HuePick are the property of their respective creators and are subject to the licensing terms set by those creators. HuePick does not claim ownership of any model designs. Our role is to catalog publicly available models and help users discover them.

The Service contains links to third-party websites, including MakerWorld, Patreon, and filament vendor sites. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Accessing these links is at your own risk.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
