The design fuses the iconic puppet imagery of the Saw franchise with a chibi Pokémon aesthetic, rendered in a stark four-color palette of deep charcoal, blood red, bone white, and pitch black. The spiraling cheek markings, red nose, and jaunty bow tie are immediately recognizable, while the compressed anime style gives the sinister figure an almost endearing quality that makes it all the more unsettling.
